The Theory of Ebola Hemorrhagic
Fever.
If “X”
is Ebola, and “Y” is Ebola, then
surely “Z” is Ebola, right?
Such buffoonery currently seen
on the African continent, as the disease mutates. And such buffoonery, which at
first glance looks premature, but if scrutinised properly, is turning into a
melancholic movie-like scenario. Hmm… what movie? Let’s say between “28 days
later” and “Shaun of the dead”, for now.
If not for the Institute Pasteur,
then what? If I do say so myself. If not for a few other “international”
organisations, then what? (emphasis placed on “international” and not African).
But most consequentially, if not for the gobbledygook of 99% of the West African
leaders, then this quagmire in itself surely wouldn’t have been contained or
quarantined now by the help of a few (so to speak).
Questions which I wouldn’t go
into today, seem to outweigh the number of truly positive answers.
